Dear Aspirant,
From a course perspective they have similar outcomes. Campus life is more of a personal choice.
A better consideration would be the exposure one get from each campus. Bangalore being an IT Hub, HAL etc definitely gives you better exposure than Delhi. If you look from an employment point of view than definitely your choice needs to be in Bangalore.
You have also asked two other questions and our answer is as follows:
Getting into a good college has its merits when it comes to placements. Just having a degree especially when industries are struggling will make it harder for new comers to join the work force.
Entrance Examinations - It teaches you to strive very hard for your success and that is an important life lesson
The location of the campus will give you clues about the environment for e.g. Mumbai will instill in you the ethos of business and financial markets. In Bangalore it will be about IT/Aerospace etc. You will learn from your environment and will teach you what skills to acquire to succeed.
Finally choose a program that you really like to pursue, please understand that it is your talent/passion/dedication that will help you to succeed and not just the profession.
Good Luck
