Fee varies in all colleges and with 240 there are less chances in BDS.
Through you can try in private colleges but even if you get the college shall be not of expected ROI later. So I will suggest you to prepare for next year and appear again.

Hi, If you want to get more salary than it totally depends upon your skill and how you handle your patients. Definately, there are more chances to MDS dentist but I have seen many clinics where BDS graduates have more patients than MDS degree holder dentist.
