Dentistry
Hello!
Admission for Bachelor of Dental Sciences (BDS) is done on the basis of rank in National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET). The basic criteria to appear for the exam is passing 10+2 with at least 50% aggregate (for open category) and the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Since you have scored over 50%, you are eligible for admission but it will be done on basis of your rank in NEET.
According your score the chances are less to get a seat under All India quota seats and state quota cutoff varies state to state.
Good Luck!
The cutoff varies year to year so it would be tough to tell you the exactly. According your score you have less chance to get a seat under 15% quota seats for MBBS & BDS and state quota seats cutoff varies state to state.
Hey there,
As far as I know, you can pursue fellowship in head and neck oncology in Tata memorial hospital, Mumbai after completion of Post graduation in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery.
I don’t think you can undergo major course in oncology after completion of BDS. After bds you need to Mds in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Then either work under mch onco or join fellow ships such as offered by Aomsi.
Thank you
Hii Sanjay
