Hello Akash, it is based on your location because it is hard to go out of your state. At all India level, Maulana Azad dental college from Delhi comes at first place.
Applications are invited through countrywide advertisement in leading newspapers usually during September/October and March/April for the January and July session respectively. The entrance examination is held in December for the January session and in the June for July session.
MDS Course: Selection of candidates is made on the basis of theory examination consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions. The duration of examination is one and half-hours.
Total number of seats - 18 seats will be there in MDS Couse.

Did u get into maulana ? I m also planning the same but I don't know if I have chance to get into it. I m not very good in theory part. If you did get into the college, they probably take interview, what questions did they ask?
The cutoff varies year to year. As this year in 2017 the cutoff marks Last rank for AIQ 15% seats (UR, BDS) - 12421 & the marks required 544 & for 85% quota seats you require more than 490 in Bangalore. So you can plan accordingly your preparation.
