The MAH CET syllabus for the Design degree is broken down into two sections: Part B, which similarly lasts 90 minutes, concentrates on problem solving skills and drawing talents, while Part A consists of multiple choice questions.
Part A is separated into four further sections: Basics of Art and Design, Science and Technology, Analytical and Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge/Awareness
Part B is separated into two sections: Design Thinking and Problem-Solving and Visualisation and Illustration Ability.

Yes all the institutes you mentioned offer animation and game design course. IIT Bombay offers Animation design as full time 2 years course.
