All the best.
If you are within the medical faculty system you will be able to gather from the faculty and students around you the perception level about the courses you have asked about. However, we will attempt to answer in detail the following:
There are DNB courses after MBBS and it is also based on your NEET PG results – the better ranked ones tend to do the Masters course. It may feel that you are doing a lesser program but gathering knowledge is the same for both. Your keenness to learn will be rather defining in both.
Not all CPS diplomas are recognized by Medical Council of India and Diploma in Diabetology in not recognized by MCI. You may check the courses at https://cpsmumbai.org/courses
Medivarsity Diploma’s are not recognized by MCI. But a number of Doctors are taking these courses and enhancing their careers. Their courses can be found on https://www.medvarsity.com/
A few years back online courses were in the same boat, today online certifications are accepted. If you are really passionate about Diabetology then do what is possible, meaning if you don’t achieve through NEETUG then take the alternative routes to reach your goals.
Good Luck.
