Raghu Engineering College's CSD (Computer Science & Design) branch is a good choice if you want a combination of core computer science, modern design thinking (graphics, UX/UI). The college has good infrastructure, and the CSD labs are quite modern. Regarding faculty, it depends on who it is, but in my experience, they do OK in the core subjects.

In terms of placements, CSE and CSD students are often in the same drives. There are many core tech companies that come to campus (TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Infosys, and other product-based companies). If you are willing to put in self-effort to learn DSA, development, and projects, CSD students can expect to be good enough to compete.
