Disaster management is a very good choice if you want pursue as you can get career options in WHO, ADB, Government agencies, insurance companies and NGO but for that you need to score 50% in ypur graduation in order to be eligible for the course. If you are looking college with placements, so don't choose IMS, Ghaziabad because the average packages are 4 - 5.5 lac. and e commerce there are very less companies and the average package is 3.7 lac, if you can't go for Amazon, coz amazon have different openings and when we talk about HR, so leave that, only 1 or max 3 students among the batch of 360 got campus placements in HR, otherwise you have to compromise, with the salary, brand name, carrier etc and the packages for HR are 2.2 - 4.2 lacs.
