Yes you can do BE as a regular course and BCA as correspondence simultaneously. However, both are different fields, if you are core branch student. If you are Interested in Programming then you can pursue your BCA otherwise do your BE seriously.
Although it seems manageable now, with time you will feel the difficulty to manage both especially as they are very different.
It's better to excel in one instead of being average in both.

You can now check them on their official website. Due to the Covid surge they adapted a new scheme of grading.

AICTE will approve technical courses providing institutes. Arts colleges will be affiliated to UGC approved Universities. Colleges won't provide distance education. Universities will do that. You can search them in the official website of the particular University.
