The Bar Council of India doesnt recognize LLM and LLM Distance Education Courses. Hence even Distance Education providing Universities like IGNOU dont have Distance Mode for LLB and LLM and hence not possible and is illegal and Not Recognized if offered by any University. The Only Law Courses which are offered through Distance Mode are PG Diploma and Certification Programmes.

As you just completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, you are not eligible as of now to take admission to PG Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. For this Covid pandemic situation everything is delayed and not as per the schedule. IGNOU admission 2021 registration has now been extended till April, 2021. This is eligible for all the programs except the certificate and semester based program. Earlier the date was April 15, 2021.

LPUDE Admission process for 2021 is over. Madras University will declare it soon, now it is not available. Kurukshetra University application process is going on, you can check it.
