1) Can I become law professor after doing distance learning LLM? 2) And can I give NET/SET or PhD after doing distance learning LLM?

theeanonymous 21st Oct, 2020

Hello Aspirant ,

Yes you can very well become a law professor after completing distance LLM but for that you will have to appear for and clear NET/ SET exam . To be eligible to write NET exam , you should have a valid masters degree from a UGC recognized university. If your university is well recognized then your distance degree will be treated equal to a regular one .For research fellowship there is an age limit of 30 years and for the post of assistant professor there is none.

I have completed B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Im I eligible to persue LLB and if eligible can I pursue LLB in distance learning?

pdwords Student Expert 20th Sep, 2020
Hello,

Eligibility Criteria for LLB is passed Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 45% marks, for reserved category it's 40%.In case of certain universities like DU & BHU require minimum 50% marks, so you're definitely eligible provided you meet the aggregate factor, admission process varies among colleges, for some it's based on the merit of the qualifying examination, in case of other entrance tests are conducted such as DU LLB conducted by Delhi University, BHU UET by conducted by Banaras Hindu University,LSAT scores are accepted by many reputed universities etc in addition to this we have state level entrance exams like TS LAWCET, AP LAWCET, KLEE, MAH CET LAW etc. Now, coming to your question law in distance mode isn't recognized by Bar Council of India, also law as a subject isn't merely restricted to gaining theoretical concepts, there are practical applications to this course as well, hence it's better you pursue it through distance mode.

Is it preferable to do bba through distance learning in hyderabad, India?

Rishabh Jain 6th Oct, 2020

Hello there. Hope you are doing good. First of all, if you do not have any prior experience or advanced knowledge in the field of Business Administration, then it is not advisable to go for distance learning education. A degree from regular mode will help in laying foundation of the basic concepts of subjects taught in BBA and will also help in shaping your career. After completing your BBA from a regular college, you will also have placement opportunities. So it will be a golden chance for your to enter the corporate world with the support of the institution you are studying in. So, I suggest you to go for a regular degree if possible.

I hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future.
