If you want to do dm clinical pharmacology UG course then you must have cleared your 12th from a recognized board and you must have passed your 12th with science stream with aggregate percentage of more than 50%.
And if you want to do dm clinical pharmacology PG course, then you must have a bachelors degree in pharmacy with an aggregate percentage of 50% or more.

The validity of an NC-OBC certificate is generally 1 year. If any student has obtained the certificate of NC-OBC category before a time period of 1 year, then the student is advised to get the new and updated NC-OBC certificate.

The National Medical Commission (NMC) has published a revised draught of the requirements for postgraduate medical education (PGME) feeder credentials that candidates must hold in order to enrol in super speciality (SS) courses.
Candidates for DM cardiology may apply if they hold an MD in medicine or an MD in cardiology degree. Candidates seeking the MD degree in medicine may also apply for DM in the fields of clinical haematology, endocrinology, immunology, rheumatology, gastrointestinal, oncology, nephrology, and neurology, among others.

According to the information bulletin of JEE MAIN 2022, it is mentioned in the brochure ( the format of certificate) that you'll need the following authority's signature in the OBC-NCL certificate:

This must be your target . Now focus on revision as hardly 5 days are left in the examination . Eat good and be healthy at this time .
