For Bangalore Medical College, for sessions 1 and 2, the closing Rank 2019    was 2511 and 3512.

The closing rank for 2020 was around 4.5k.

The closing rank for 2021 was around 2k.

It is better to get around 2k rank for a safe side for a general student for surgery. A score of around 500 is required.

See if there is discrepancy in the images uploaded by you in NEET 2022 Application form then you must be receiving the mail from NTA and if there is link to remove that discrepancy before the correction window then you can do so otherwise you will have to wait till the correction window gets opened. 
NEET UG 2021 Correction window will open once the application process gets concluded i.e.,after May 20th,2022.
Even if they do not send you mail then also if you think that the image is not appropriate then you should change it during NEET UG Correction window. 

So if required then you can modify the images during the NEET correction window and you can follow the given steps to make correction in it :-
** Visit the official site of NEET 2022 and click on the button saying' Correction in NEET UG 2022 Application form'.
** Now login using his login credentials.
** Edit/delete/modify the details whichever required in NEET 2022 application form.
** After making corrections just click on 'Preview and Submit' and then preview the form if it does not require further modification then just submit it.
** Now you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number and e-mail, just enter it and your correction will be submitted.
** Now take the print out of the NEET correction slip for future references.
Images should be uploaded in the prescribed specifications as given below :-
-->> Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format),
-->> Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format),
-->> Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format),

As you have already mentioned that you completed your class 12th from Arts stream, So No you are not eligible to appear in NEET examination. To be eligible to appear in NEET examination, you should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects from a Government recognized board.

So, being a 12th standard Arts stream student, you are not eligible to apply for NEET examination.
