Hi,
No. You have to face exams and interviews if the state or centre has vacancies for Vets. I have seen many Vets trying to get Govt jobs but didn't get selected. Nevertheless, they are well of in private sector.
Every Government Posting comes out when a significant number of vacancies come into existence. In the field of Veterinary Medicine also, when the State Govt perceives a comparatively higher number of vacancies, it declares them and the recruitment is done through a competitive exam conducted by State Public Service Commission.
So, the fact is, if you are lucky enough, the Govt will declare vacancies in the same year as you complete your BVSc & AH degree and if you clear the Exam, you get a Govt job as a Veterinary Surgeon which makes you a Class II State Govt employee. On the other hand, Veterinarians have had to wait for as long as 4 years to take a shot as the vacancies were not declared during that period. So, you might have to wait.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.

The best choice if you want to become Forensic expert, then go for the BSc in Forensic followed by a MSc in Forensic Science or Criminology. Having a Forensic Bachelors course gives you a better background and highlights your profile. So go for this combination if possible.

Answer :- 273
EXPLANATION
We know that,
L.C.M x H.C.F of two numbers = product of two numbers.
Then,
H.C.F × L.C.M = 39 × 91
Or 13 × L.C.M = 3549
Or LCM = 3549 / 13
Or LCM = 273
Hence is LCM is 273
