Unfortunately, you cannot become Doctor after completion of B. Pharmcy. Because Pharmacy is another profession and Doctor is another.
To become Doctor you need to study MBBS, BDS or for Ayush Doctor BAMS, BHMS, B.U.M.S, etc are required on Minimum education qualification basis.
You can become Pharmacist or can get job in Pharmacies, etc. You can study M.Pharmacy as well after completion of B. Pharmacy.

See in India for studying MBBS one need to appear for NEET examination which comprises of three subjects Physics, Chemistry & Biology of 11th & 12th level.
