If you complete certain medical courses like MBBS,BHMS,BAMS then you can be called as a doctor.You become physician after you complete the courses mentioned by you except Phd.After completing Phd you can be called as doctor but not Bsc anisthesia,Msc Anaesthesia.

After PhD you can place the title of Dr. before your name but that doesn't imply that you will be treated as a clinical practitioner. For that you have to pass MBBS/BDS/BHMS etc courses.

In India, if you want to become a doctor in Anesthisia, you need to go for MBBS degree from a medical college in India and sit for NEET examination first. To be eligible for NEET exam you must have cleared 10+2 or equivalent with atleast 50% marks and Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. You cannot become a doctor after doing Bsc . you can however, plan to give NEET after Bsc.

Without doing MBBS you can't be a Doctor of Anasthesia without it. So with Anesthesia Technology you can't be a Doctor.
In order to study MBBS, you have to give NEET. NEET is national level undergraduate medical entrance exam to get admission in medical, dental, AYUSH, BVSc and AH colleges in India. Also, admissions to AIIMS and JIPMER are done through NEET exam. The eligibility criteria for NEET exam is:

You can join the prestigious Indian Army but not as a doctor because there is no any post of BHMS medical officer at present right now in AMC (Army Medical Corps), however the scenario may change in future. But you can join after clearing the CDSE exam which is conducted for graduate students to join Indian armed forces as an officer having BHMS degree.
