domicile
Hello Inha
Unfortunately candidates belonging to kashmir can not take medical seat in any of aiims even if the candidate holds domicile.
Domicile certificate holds importance only in 85 % srate quota .
Admission to Aiims is through 15% All India quota .
Aiims admissions do not need domicile certificate .
If you have domicile you can apply for state quota seats.
Domicile is a certificate that states that you are a permanent resident of that particular state.
Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing great.
So as per your question, as you have gotten the SC certificate from the state of Gujarath, you will be eligible from the state reservation category that is the Gujarat state SC reservation category. Also there is no anything of sort of national category.
Hope this helps!
Hy Abhishek Kumar,
Yes, you can definitely use your Bihar caste certificate . If validity is procured and in some cases, u need to have NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate, then the state castes are considered. For JEE they generally consider SC, ST & OBC.
Thanks,
Hello,
As a domicile of West Bengal, you typically need to use a caste certificate issued by the competent authority in West Bengal for JEE Mains. Using a Bihar caste certificate may not be valid unless there are specific provisions allowing it. It's essential to review the eligibility criteria and documentation requirements specified by the exam conducting authorities or the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Hope this helps you,
Thank you

With a CLAT score of 62.25 , AIR 17691 , and OBC rank of 2963 , it is unlikely that you will be able to secure admission into top National Law Universities (NLUs) , as their cutoffs are typically much higher, even for the OBC category. Additionally, considering your score and rank, securing a seat in well-established NLUs, including those that offer domicile-based reservations, would be very difficult. As of the current trends, it is not possible for you to gain admission to a top NLU with this rank. However, you can explore options in private law universities or consider taking the exam again to improve your rank.
