see directorate of technical education madhyapradesh conducts, MP BE counselling for admission in bachelors of technology/ bachelors of engineering course. the eligibility criteria is candidates must complete the 12th exam from recognized university with qualifying marks and must appeared in jee man exam. however Candidates without JEE Main score can also apply for MP B.E admission, and Class 12 merit of the candidates will be considered while preparing merit list.

qualifying marks criteria is as follows,

General category aspirants should have secured at least 45% marks in their 10+2.

SC or ST category candidates  should have secured at least 40% marks in their 10+2.

Aspirants must have Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects in their 10+2.

The optional subjects which the candidates can have in 10+2 are Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or Computer Science.

cutoff changes every year and varies with factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level,seat matrix etc. however at this score you have less chances for government college or tier 1 private college.

No you cannot get any of the NIT through state counselling because NIT is national level institute, it comes under central government and for these institutes there is central level counselling body by the name of JOSAA. If you are seeking admission in NIT Bhopal then you have to register for JOSAA counselling provided that you have appeared for JEE-Main and secured good marks.

After being alloted seat in first round or first round upgrade, if you you want change your choices for second round, yes you can do this by not reporting or not accepting previously adopted seat or by leaving the seat of first round within specified time.

And I would suggest to do seat in second round.

Hope your asking DTE CAP counseling of MBA/ MMS as it's result is declared. The DTE CAP counseling usually started in second week of June but due to Covid pandemic situation we cannot predict when it will start.
