Yew batana bahut mushkil hain ki kis college mein kitna seat bache ga spot round ke liye jaadatar kyunki allot kar diya jaata mere aur mere doston ke pichle anubhavon se iska anuman laga sakte hain ki kareeb 10- 12% seat hi bache honge aur baaki college pe bhi depend karta hain achhe colleges mein kabhi kabhi jaada seats bach jaate hain kabhi nhi isliye jis college mein aapko lag ta hain ki aapko seat mil sakta pichle rounds aur pichle saalon ke cutoff ke hisaab se toh aap uss particular college mein jaake travel kar sakte hain uske pahle aap dte ke site par jaa ke check kar sakte hain kis college mein kitna seat bhara hain kitna mein se uske hisaab se anumaan laga sakte hain aap.

Common merit list ka matlab hota hain kitne log ne registration form bhara hain aur kitne log counselling ke liye apply kar sakte hain lekin uska matlab ye nhi hota ki jinka naam list mein unko college compulsory mil hi jaye aisa nhi hota hain agar aap eligible aapke marks aur ranks ke hisaab se toh aapko college milege nhi toh aap spot round ke liye apply kar sakte hain usmein chance rahega college mein admission milne ka

You do not have to register for the second round of counselling once you have successfully registered and paid the fee for the first round of counselling. If you attend the first round and do not get selected somehow, you will be eligible for the second round automatically (because of your attendance).

You can apply in MEDI-CAPS university through

1. Go to new registration link for signing up on the MOAP-2020 .There is no fee for the registration. 2.Applicants need to fill all the basic details along with interested courses or programs as per requirement, it can be change  later during online application .

3.After successful complication of registration. copy of login details and application number will be  notified to the candidates through SMS on their  registered  mobile number.

You can also take admission through entrance exam.

I am assuming you as an general category student and of state domicile of madhya pradesh according to that and 1st round cutoff you can get seats in following colleges and if you are from any other category then you have the chances of many other colleges in M.P and good colleges

The Directorate of Technical Education conducts counselling for admission to BE/BTech courses in MP.There are 2 rounds in it where in the first one admission happens through JEE score and in the second round seats are offered on the basis of 12th merit.And coming to your question , yes you have to register separately for the second round and as you mentioned tomorrow is the last day for that. You should register through dte.mponline.gov.in
