Delhi University has decided to withdraw the policy of reducing 5% marks you changed their stream to apply for bachelor of arts courses. This is officially stated by dean of admissions Shobha bagai. This is done to make the admission process smoother.

There is a problem dear. Because if you are showing that you are an OBC category candidate then you have an OBC certificate with you must. Without OBC certificate you can't get admission in this category. Infact you are applying for this certificate don't get it on your hand. In this situation you can talk to the direct your college authority. If they are agree with you to apply with only application number then it's okay. Otherwise you have to take admission as general category candidate.

You can write till whenever you have studied in the required holder. If you have studied Hindi core that means at least you have studied Hindi language till 12th which makes sense to fill in the panel. Also you can apply to whatever course you want in Hindi except English Hons.

Here are some of the regulations regarding the Admission procedure for Delhi University colleges-
1. At first, it must be noted that the DU seats 2021 for only those seats wherein the Admission process takes place based on the marks of the candidates in the qualifying exam of Class 12th.
2. Moreover, The DU 2021 seats will take you through college, course and category-wise seats offered across all the participating in the Delhi University colleges.
3. Through the merit prepared based on the marks of the qualifying examination, the Delhi University will offer admission to the eligible candidates across 64 participating colleges, and Out of the total 69,554 DU seats 2021, as many as 3291 are offered to ECA and sports quota candidates.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you yes if you have applied under any category and at the time of admission if you do not produce required documents then you are considered under the general category students and no reservation or quota will be given to you.

There is no bar that by getting 76.8% you cannot apply for admission into the Delhi University. You can certainly apply for the it. However, your selection into the college and course will entirely depend upon your marks in best four subjects in class 12.

Here are a few eligibility criteria for getting admission into Delhi University courses-
1. The applied Candidates must have passed Class 10+2 board examinations.
2. The Candidates applying for B.A. , B.Com and B.Sc must have passed Class 12th with the minimum marks required for each programme.
