I have obc certificate ossu on 3 march2020 but required 31st april Du admission. Due to lockdown all service shut down. 4th july 2020 is last date for admission pls tell me what i do

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 2nd Jul, 2020

Dilpreet, According to the FAQs available at the official website https://ug.du.ac.in/index.php/site/faq, it says that you must upload the  most recent ONC-NCL Certificate. As you belong to OBC-NCL, you should have a certificate issued after March 31st, 2020. But the country has been under lockdown since March last week and so it might not be possible to get the certificate by then. But again we doubt if uploading the Certificate issued on March 3rd  will be accepted.  So what we would suggest you is to reach out to the helpdesk because they might be in the right place to help you with this. Please reach out to them at the email id: [email protected] .

I fillled my du admission 2020 form and made the payment. But later I realized I uploaded my Xth marksheet without self attesting it. So now what should I do? should I just fill a new form or what? kindly suggest.

Sharon Rose Student Expert 24th Jun, 2020

Hello,

You don't need to apply once again. There is one time correction facility to make changes or correction in the application form. You need to pay additional Rs.100 to avail this facility. You can only make changes in limited fields and you can avail this facility till the last day of application form.

entire process of du admission of ba hons. in 2020

Pankhuri Kumari 10th Jun, 2020
Hii!
The admission process to get into DU for B.A or B.A Hons. is quite easy.
Firstly, you need to score a good percentage of marks in class 12th.
When the application forms are out, you need to fill them for the Subject you want.
Generally, the admissions for the course, you are interested in, is merit based. So, class 12th marks mean a lot.
If you make it into the merit list, you will be called for reserving your seat and get admission into the course.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
