The cutoff is dependent on how many people have applied for the course. For SC category thoug the cutoff is predicted to be around 85% (for the good colleges). Thhe cutoff also varies from college to college (for the good colleges or North Campus the cutoff is around 85 to 89 but for South Delhi even something around 75% can get you a college). It also depends on the course that you have taken (courses like English, Physics, Maths etc have higher cutoffs than something like Persion or Arabic etc). You can get the full list from https://university.careers360.com/articles/du-cutoff
DU Admission Process 2020
University of Delhi admission process has different stages, which means that candidates need to undergo several stages to ensure their admission in the Delhi University colleges. University of Delhi admission for most of the DU undergraduate programmes takes place based on the merit of class 12th or equivalent qualifying examination, except 12 UG programmes admission to which happens through entrance test mode. Thus, DU admission 2020 via the merit-based mode involves the following stages.

Hello
The cutoff varies from course to course. In Humanities also, there are different subjects. Kindly specify that you are seeking admission in which course and your category so we can tell you about the cutoffs accordingly. Also, you can go through the previous year cutoff for reference: https://university.careers360.com/articles/du-cutoff
Also, you can check your admission chances in colleges based on your marks in class 12th using the Delhi University College Predictor Tool.
You must be knowing that the North Campus is further divided into Tier-1 colleges and Tier-2 colleges.
For Tier-1
Lady Shree Ram College, Gargi College, Jesus and Marys College, IP College for Women you need an approximate Cut off Percentage around 96–97%.
For tier-2 colleges like Daulat Ram college, Zakir Hussain College or Kamla Nehru College, you need an approximate percentage around 92-95.
All the best!!
