Dear applicant, most of the time whenever the designated authority gives you a date to edit an option, make sure you edit it within the stipulated time. But since you missed the option I would ask you to wait for the further notice, I positively hope there would be some extension of date. Wait for the next notice and keep yourself updated with the information.

You can select any number of options you want in the KCET 2022 entry process but once the options are locked, you cannot change the options till any correction date is provided by KCET. You should wait for the date schedule for correction or refilling.

Dear applicant, most often ACPC gives you time to correct the discrepancy arising in the documents. But if you have missed the dates, there is one way , you can state the reason of not being able to remove the discrepancy and send a mail to the grievance mail id provided on their website. So you can try this I think you will get a positive response.
