You can try for upgradation and also can sit for category -2 to get your desired branch. And their are decent chances that you might easily get Information Technology followed by  Electrical and Electronics  or ECE. But if you specifically want CSE, then I would suggest you to either go for other campus or apply in other college if you do not get CSE even after upgradation.

As per the electrical branch is concerned or let's say any other branch is concerned the placements stats are very poor and almost no renowned company goes there. Recently only 2-3 companies came for campus placements.

Coming to the infrastructure it is still average with faculty members but this college is not something to go with.
