Electronics and communication
Hello.. I hope you are doing great..
Some of the applications are as follows,
1. Computer vision (Used to calibrate camera, stitch together stereo images)
2.Control theory (Optimal controller can be found using simple linear algebra)
3 The key applications enabled by matrix theory in two major fields of interest in electrical engineering, namely wireless communications and signal processing
4. Among the major applications in wireless communications, the role of matrix representations and decompositions in characterizing multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) and orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) communication systems is described.
Dual Degree means that you will be awarded two degrees at a time. The dual degree is essentially equally to Integrated MTech degree course. This means that over a 5 years of time you will be awarded the BTech and MTech degree simultaneously. So this course isn't awarded in every college so if you get a chance you can do it as in this course you will save 1 year of time because if you wish to do BTech and MTech separately then BTech is 4 years and MTech is 2 years i.e., 6 years. So if you have dual degree course then you will essentially save 1 years.

Hello Student
There is no difficulties for a student of BTech ECE mains Electronics and Communication Engineering to take admission in Mtech in the branches of computer science engineering. For taking admission in m tech courses candidate has to secure at least 60% marks in BTech in the related subject means ECE or computer related any course of study, the candidate also has to qualify in GATE exam for taking admission in Mtech courses.
Hope this helps.
Hi.

Dear student, You may have the chances to get into IT if seats were available, I suggest you to try until the last round so that you may get what you are interested in. Don’t be afraid of computer programming, NIT srinagar is well Known for its teaching they will help you in all aspects of learning computer and it’s languages. Both IT and CSE have equal importance. It does have a similar syllabus the only difference is an IT student implements the technology and CSE student focus on design and use of computers. But it may be difficult for you to get CSE you can try for CSE with specialisations and IT
Hello ,

Hi,
Following are some statistics of both Institutes:
Overall DTU have around 75% placements on campus. But, for Biotechnology there are not many core Companies that visits DTU. Only few Companies like Ranbaxy or Mankind visits Campus. So placements for biotechnology are not that good iin DTU as it is in CSE . While on other hand, NIT Agartala has less placement statistics than DTU but for ECE the placement in NIT Agartala is better than Bio-Tech in DTU. Around 90% students get placed in ECE with Average package of around 7 Lakh and Highest of around 15 Lakh.
So based on these factors, ECE at NIT Agartala seems better choice than BioTech in DTU.
I hope this will answer your query.
