Electronics
Dear Student ,
Look, B.Sc in Electronics is basically provided after a student pass his/her 12th or equivalent exam. and ITI stands for Industrial Training that is provided generally after 10th .
Now, B.Sc in Electronics is a theory subjects more than its practical implements(as it's a Hons paper) whereas ITI is an Industrial course , mainly to secure a job in a specific domain.
But if you compare the educational equivalency level, in soft words .. academic importance , then I would tell you should do B.Sc Electronics rather than ITI , if not want to get a job in a studying age like in 16-17 . Instead that , you can do a diploma in Electronics and telecommunication engineering from a reputed polytechnic college .
Hope you understand !

If you are enquiring about the percentage of marks that you need to enter in AFCAT application then you have to mention the percentage that you have scored till the semester the results were declared. For example if the results for 4th semester or 2nd are released then you need to calculate the percentage that you have scored till 4th semester or 2nd year in AFCAT application. You will be eligible to apply for AFCAT provisionally, if you qualify in AFCAT then you need to obtain the result of the qualifying examination that is Bachelor's Degree on or before the cut off date.
Hello Aspirant,
See it is quite difficult to tell you an exact figure of your OBC-NCL rank because it keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors but yes we can help you with approximate figures on the basis of analysis of previous year's data.
So If we go through the analysis of Percentile Vs CRL rank Vs OBC rank for JEE-Main 2021 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your CRL and OBC rank are expected to be in the range of 245520 - 276000 and 64000-68000 respectively.
Note that the ranks which are predicted are only the expected ranks on the basis of previous year's data so your actual ranks might vary depending upon current factors.
Based on such rank you have almost no chances for School of Engineering, Tezpur University, Napaam, Tezpur because the closing OBC rank in 2021 was around 27k in Round 6 of JOSAA counselling.
You can check out previous year's cut-off from the official website given below :-

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

On such percentile, being an OBC candidate you have very good chances to qualify for JEE-Advance 2022 but still the cutoffs for this year have not released yet officially.
As the cut-offs are released along with the JEE-Main 2022 result so for now you can get an idea from JEE-Main 2021 qualifying cut-offs that are enlisted below :-
==>> Common Rank List (CRL) - 87.8992241-100.0000000 Percentile
==>> GEN-EWS - 66.2214845-87.8950071 Percentile
==>> Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 68.0234447-87.8950071 Percentile
==>> Scheduled Caste (SC) - 46.8825338-87.8950071 Percentile
==>> Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 34.6728999 87.8474721 Percentile
==>> PwD - 0.0096375-87.8273359 Percentile
Note that in above table it is not the actual cut-off for JEE-Main 2022 but previous year's cut-off.
You can check out previous year's cut-off trends from the link given below :-

Hi there!
Well it is not possible to tell whether you will get admission or not at VJTI for electronics program, as admission to VJTI are based on merit only through online CAP i.e. centralized admission process as per guideline of Government of Maharashtra which is conducted by DTE.
As the merit list is depends on various factors like:
1- Number of students applied
2- Number of seat available at Institute
3- Category of an individual and many more
Hence it is not possible to tell you about the guaranteed admission, however we can get a rough idea of cut off by analyzing previous year trends.
The cut off for diploma at VJTI for electronics is around 90 to 92%.
Hence considering these data you may have some chances for getting admission in VJTI.

Hey!
With this percentile, you rank will most probably be around 80k-85k.

According to previous year cutoffs, the chances of you getting CS or electronics are quite low. But you may get electronics in the last rounds, so be patient.

Well, as you might have known that VIT Bhopal has new campus and so the faculties might not be as good as compared to the Chennai campus, so I reckon you can go for ECE at VIT Chennai campus as it's campus is also more well developed and infrastructured than that of Bhopal campus. But at the same time, campus doesn't matter if you're willingly going to take the course you are interested in since one should not sacrifice it's course field to study further.
Plus, since VIT is a prestigious private college of India, all of it's faculties must be at their best and obviously they are. So you can easily go to any of the either colleges taking any of the courses you're willing to without any doubt.
All the best.
