I am female candidate in General Category from Punjab. What are the chances of getting Computer Science,Electronics & Communication in NIT kURUKSHETRA. I got 98.8 percentile in JEE MAINS 1 Exams

With a 98.8 percentile in JEE Main 2025 (approx. 1,400 rank), you have a high chance of getting CSE and ECE at NIT Kurukshetra, as previous year's closing ranks for female (OS) candidates were:

CSE: 7,405

ECE: 15,711

You are well within the cutoff range for both branches.

can i get vnit electronics branch (HS) with 98.04 persentile in jee mains?

kumardurgesh1802 27th Feb, 2025

Hello there,

With 98.04 percentile in JEE Mains and Home State (HS) quota for VNIT Nagpur , your chances for the Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) branch depend on the previous year's cutoffs.

Analysis:

  • For OBC/EWS: High chances
  • For General: Borderline; depends on cutoff fluctuations
  • For SC/ST: Very high chances

    What to Do?
  • Check past cutoffs on JoSAA or VNIT’s official site.
  • Wait for official counseling rounds to see if you get a seat.
  • Keep backup options in case the cutoff rises this year.

Your chances are good but not guaranteed —stay updated with counseling results!

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

how much marks do i need to get pass in electronics 1 and electronics 2 in hsc board

Mitali Sharma 25th Feb, 2025

Hello

In the HSC Board (Higher Secondary Certificate) , the passing marks for Electronics 1 and Electronics 2 depend on the specific state board you are following.

However, the general passing criteria for most HSC boards in India are :

Minimum 35% marks in each subject including theory and practicals .

If the subject includes theory and practical components , you usually need to pass both separately.

For Maharashtra HSC Board :

Total marks : 100 (Theory + Practical)

Passing marks : At least 35 out of 100 (including practical marks).

hope this helps you .

how much marks do i need to get pass in electronics 1 and electronics 2 in hsc board

sadafreen356 25th Feb, 2025

The passing marks for HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) board exams in Electronics 1 and Electronics 2 vary depending on the state or region. However, I can provide general information.

General Passing Criteria

In most Indian states, the passing marks for HSC board exams are:

- Theory exams: 35% of the total marks

- Practical exams: 40% of the total marks

Electronics 1 and Electronics 2 Passing Marks

Assuming the total marks for each subject is 100, you would need:

- Theory: 35 marks (35% of 100)

- Practical: 40 marks (40% of 100)

Please note that these are general guidelines and may vary depending on your state or region's board exam rules.

Verify with Your State Board

To confirm the passing marks for Electronics 1 and Electronics 2 in your specific state or region, I recommend:

1. Checking the official website of your state's board of education.

2. Contacting your school or exam center for clarification.

Remember, it's essential to verify the passing marks with your state board to ensure accuracy.

my 8th semester is going on in electronics and communication...I am eligible for junior executive job or not??

Mitali Sharma 17th Feb, 2025

Hello

For many Junior Executive roles specially in the government or public sector, the eligibility may vary depending on the organization.

Here’s how you can proceed :

1. Public Sector Jobs (Railway, BHEL, ISRO, BSNL):

These often allow final year students to apply. In such cases, they may specify that you need to provide proof of graduation before joining.

For these roles , the key criteria are :

A degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communication in your case).

You might need to pass an entrance exam (such as GATE, if applicable) and then clear an interview.

2. Private Sector Jobs (tech companies or telecom companies):

Many private sector companies (like TCS, Infosys or tech startups) are open to hiring candidates in the final year specially for Junior Executive positions that are more skills-based.

The roles often look for :

Relevant technical skills (coding, communication or hardware design in your case).

Internships or practical experience in related fields.

3. Internships and Trainee Programs:

If you are not eligible to apply for a Junior Executive position due to the requirement of a completed degree , you can always apply for internships or trainee positions in your field. This is a great way to get experience and increase your chances of landing a full-time position after graduation.

These positions are designed for students nearing graduation and usually don't require you to have finished your degree.

Hope this gives you the clarity you need.
