A score of 469 in NEET 2024 may not be enough to get admission to a government college for BDS or BAMS but you get private colleges at 469 marks.
Taking into account all the past few year cut offs, you do have a little chance to get a seat in BDS in government college in State colleges with state quota in mop up round so participate till the end. However, the cut offs varies every year and from state to state. So, nothing can be assured right away. But, talking about chances, you do have that in plenty.
Hope this helps and all the best.
Question : Directions: Which term from among the given options can replace the question mark (?) in the following series to make it logically complete? S16H, T13J, ?, V23N, W46P
Option 1: U39L
Option 2: U26L
Option 3: U10K
Option 4: U29K
Correct Answer: U26L
Solution : Given: S16H, T13J, ?, V23N, W46P
Add 1 to the positional value of the first letter and subtract 3 from the positional value of the third letter, subtract 3 and multiply 2 alternatively to the numbers – S16H→S + 1 = T; 16 – 3 = 13; H + 2 = J T13J→T + 1 = U; 13 × 2 = 26; J + 2 = L U26L→U + 1 = V; 26 – 3 = 23; L + 2 = N V23N→V + 1 = W; 23 × 2 = 46; N + 2 = P
So, the missing term in the series is U26L. Hence the second option is correct.
Question : Which of the following supports the particle nature of photons?
Option 1: Diffraction
Option 2: Polarisation
Option 3: Photoelectric effect
Option 4: Interference
Correct Answer: Photoelectric effect
Solution : The correct answer is the Photoelectric effect.
In the photoelectric effect, when light shines on a material surface, it can eject electrons from that material. The key observation is that the intensity of light doesn't determine whether electrons are emitted but rather the frequency of the light. This phenomenon is best explained by considering light as discrete packets of energy or photons.
