Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as you have not specified about the branch and course you are talking about but i am assuming that you want to know about BTECH CSE closing rank it may defer every year but more or less you may get rough idea about it in the following data any rank greater then 10,000 will lank you in CS/IT branch in vit vellore. Closing rank of some of that are:-
CSE Vellore closing rank - 5000-6000
IT Vellore closing rank - 7000-9000
CSE Chennai Closing Rank - 10,000-12000

The application form for PGECET was released on 12th March on the official site by Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). The application form will be available till 30th of April without late fee and with late fee till 15th of June with a maximum late fee of 5000.
Here is a list of documents that you will need:
Scanned images of the candidate’s photograph
Scanned image of the candidate’s signature
Class 10th or SSC hall ticket number
Class 10th or SSC certificate
Income certificate of parents (if applicable)
Special category certificate for candidates applying under NCC, PH, Sports, CTC and more
Caste certificate issued by a competent authority (if applicable)
Local status (OU/AU/SVU/Non-Local)
Transaction ID in case of payment at TS Online Kendras or Debit/Credit card details

I hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that at your holds good chances in getting admission into 2-3 NITS like manipur,durgapur,arunachal pradesh. Their is also some chance in getting admission into MANIT BHOPAL ,NIT kurukshetra if you are not looking for CORE BRANCHES like CSE,IT. I would suggest you to take proper time to anaylyse and then choose the colleges after considering all the matters since its is an one time opportunity of making good career.

No you don't havr to send your 10th board certificate via post. You already have submitted your application where you might have unloaded all your documents online. Thr last date for filling the application forms of Banasthali is 30th April. Once you've filled the form there will be an aptitude test conducted by the college. The admission to btech courses is done based on the scores in the aptitude test. Once the test is done the college will prepare a merit list all the students qualified for counselling and documents verification. The aptitude test would be conducted in the firt week of june tentatively.

Cutoff may vary every year, cutoff depends on some factors like:- The number of candidate applying for the institute, Level of difficulty level of exam, number of seat available and previous year cutoff. The fees for B.tech depends on various factors including ownership, location and the engineering branch you choose. In most of colleges, mainstream branches like Computer science have higher fees mostly in private colleges. Apart from this private colleges have no doubt higher fees. On an average, total fees for B.tech ranges between 5 lakhs to 12 lakhs for four years.Also, if you avail hostel, you will have to pay additional charges for the same.
