Since your jee mains rank is too high so there is tough chance you get seat in any of government college via maharahstra cap counseling. If you get seat then you have to wait till 3rd round. According to previous years cut offs you may have chance in Department of Technology (mechanical, civil, chemical) only but you can apply for private colleges from below link:

So, to answer your question, you haven't mention your home state so I won't be able to tell you about the home state privilege's that you might have. You haven't even mentioned any category reservation so I'll just assume that you are from general category, Inspite of that, your rank in general category is good enough to get you a seat in most of the branches in Velagapudi Ramakrishna Engineering college in subjects like ECE, EEE, IT, mechanical, Civil engineering. Although the cutoffs are subjected to change every year, you can still be hopeful of bagging a seat in this college for some of the branches.

First of all Congratulations on scoring such a good rank . I think you should not worry  as your daughter will easily be able to get CSE in CBIT,Hyderabad as their closing rank is around 5200 so she shoudn't have a problem getting admission there . Based on the rank you scored and taking your category into consideration, you can surely expect a cse branch at Siddhartha engineering college, puttur as per the previous year cutoffs .

Since you are from to Andhra pradesh you can get full reimbursement which is a new initiation by the government of andhra pradesh. But you need to pay the entire fee to college by yourself and the government will deposit money in your mother's bank account. Under Jagananna Vidya Deevena scheme candidates with parent's annual income is up to Rs. 2.5 lakhs will get full fee reimbursement they must also fulfill the following eligibility criteria

• Must have less wet 10 acres or dry 25 acres or 25 acres wet and dry.
• No family member should pay income tax.
• No member of the family must be a government employee or pensioner (all sanitary workers are exempted.).
• Family should not own 4 wheeler (Taxi, Auto, Tractors Exempted)
• In municipal areas owning less than 1500 sft of built up area

Candidates fulfilling the above criteria are eligible for full fee reimbursement and Rs. 20,000/- per annum will be provided for food and hostel expenses from the year 2019-2020. Only tuition fee is exempted for you. You must bear the hostel expenses. Considering the cut off in 2019 under BC-B category you have chances of getting seat in the following colleges in CSE

Preferring CSE is better than Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Because these terms are new to Indian education system. Where it will take some time for faculties to adopt to that syllabus. Though the future world depends on Artificial Intelligence. It will take some time to be recognized.
