Yes, B-tech in food technology have subjects like Engineering drawing, and it also  involves layout design and plant design. As all the branches have the same Engineering subjects during their first year, but later the subjects can vary depending on the branch they are studying. so in conclusion b-tech in food technology involve subjects like Engineering drawing and estimation and designing .
