Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that you have not mentioned the exam in which you have scored these marks. Each exam has different rank depending on various factors such as number of students who have appeared for the examination, percentile scores etc.
I hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future.
Dear Nilesh Kumar Ojha
In 2015, Railways decided to close down this examination after UPSC communicated that it was not inclined to continue conducting the examination.
To join Indian Railways as an engineer, try these exams -
1) ESE (Engineering Services Examination)
Get posted in IRSE or IRSS.
2) GATE ( Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering)
Get posted in PSUs RITES, CONCOR, RVNL, IRCON, RAILTAIL, DMRC etc
BEST OF LUCK!

Dear Priyanshu,
If you are talking about the colleges who charges fee only for course fee then I would suggest BIT Sindri Because you can get Scholarship also from Government and there will be too muchow cost for other charges like mess fee, hostel maintainance fee etc.
So I would suggest top government college in jharkhand BIT Sindri.
If you are belonging from other states then you should go only best government college with Scholarship in your State just Like BIT Sindri.
Thanks...
