As per the UGC guidelines, for any UG non professional course, one have to take a compulsory language paper which can be any as per the offer and the options available by the college or university. Now if you are doing BCOM then in the core there will be subjects of commerce but in the elective if you university allows then you can include although if you have so much interest in language then it would be a better option for you to opt BA as a course.

Hello Student
The process of calculating the best four subjects for BA under Delhi University e2 language papers should not be in calculated. Either Hindi or English should be take into account for calculating best 4 subjects in BA course of Delhi University.
Best 4 subjects will be calculated as one language subject and 3 main subjects from compulsory subjects. Students have to take up two academic/elective subjects from the list A and B. Total marks in core subjects should be decided by total number of subjects taken
Hope this helps.

Hello Aspirant,
Since you don't have mathematics in class 12th , you won't be able to pursue certain courses like mathematics hons, physics hons, chemistry hons, for that you need mathematics as a compulsory subject in 12th class. You can purse other courses related to Biology. And about your optional subject, it can be included but you'll have to face deduction from your percentage of 2-2.5%. if the subject is in List B then 2% will be deducted otherwise 2.5% will be deducted. So do check the Subject Lists A and B carefully.

The marks only shows your efforts and dedication towards that particular exam and choosing a carrier is completely a different part so the choices you should make depending on your interest in some of the field, now for engineering there are some of the best competitive exams like JEE and state level entrance exam which helps you to get college and for pursuing a carrier in medicine you can give competitive exams like NEET and get into some of the best MBBS government colleges.
Thank you..
