There are many specializations which you can get. The specialization offered in India through neet pg is anesthesia, radiotherapy, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, general surgery, psychiatry, dermatology, general medicine, pediatrics , opthalmology, ENT, preventive and social medicine, pharmacology, microbiology, forensic medicine.

600 is a decent score. You might get M.S ENT in govt college. However, this may change depending on the cutoff and various factors.

Hi, the information you gave is insufficient. Are you planning for a PhD or are you planning for a job in USA. As the job visa are hard to get (not impossible). Postgraduate degree holders in Ayurveda will now be allowed to perform a variety of general surgery, ENT, ophthalmology, and dental procedures. The government has amended the Indian Medicine Central Council (Post Graduate Ayurveda Education) Regulations, 2016, to introduce formal training in these procedures as part of the curriculum for PG students of shalya (general surgery) and shalakya (diseases of ear, nose, throat, ENT, eye, head, oro-dentistry) specialisations.
