Candidates who want to take admission in GRIET have to appear for EAMCET ( Engineering , Agricultural and medical common entrance test ) examination conducted by government of Telangana. Yes, diploma holders of engineering branch are eligible to apply for an entrabce exam for B.tech courses.

UGEE 2022 conducted by IIITH have two sections first one is SUPR ( subject proficiency test ) and the other one is REAP ( research aptitude test ).

And here's your answer there is no negative marking in first section but there  is negative marking in the second section.
