As you have completed Bcom in graduation and have the subject of entrepreneurship, business organisation and management,  taxation etc. So it will be better for you to go for MCOM course of study according to your choice and interest.  For this course you have to appear for the entrance test for taking admission in  Mcom course of study in any of the university or colleges that will be  convenient for you. You have not mentioned your college or university in which you are interested  to take admission for  Mcom courses. Then it  will be not easy to guide you in proper way.

Hope you are doing great there . I regret to say this but with this rank you are not eligible for colleges under JAC Delhi . If you still want to try , you can . But you will only get a seat in physical round of counselling and there too the chances are very much less .

I hope you are doing well, Yes you can apply at DSEU for BCA. As the college provides Placements in some really good companies like Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Mind Trees, and some other good companies. Package is also decent when you get placed. You will also get some good internship during your college years. It also not that much expensive as compared to other good colleges.
