Hello Naveen
Whereas Automotive Design is more CAD related and where you design parts , components , assemblies , body and trims in Design Software like CATIA, PRO-E, Solidworks.
Talking about Styling , most of the companies in India recruit B.Des / M.Des from institutes like National Institute of Design . Or if you are a Post Graduate M.Des from IIT Bombay or IIT kanpur that have specific design courses like Automotive Design and Product Design . They have specific entrance tests .
While for Automotive Design involving CAD, companies recruit B.Tech graduates and M.Tech graduates into their R&D Department .

Hello Arjun V Adiga
Here B.Tech is different from Entrepreneurship. B.Tech is 4 years programme to enhance the theortical & practical knowledge towards the student in the selected domain of the respective programme. It deals with student learning skills. But Entrepreneurship is a different programme which helps the students to show off their creative skills & innovation ideas. It helps us to build startups. Many of the colleges introduced the Entrepreneurship programme along with the B.Tech programme. Many of the IIT's, NIT's, many other colleges has implemmented.
Hope this will helpful
Thankyou.
