Though the cutoff varies every year depending on various factors, according to previous years cutoff your chances are low to get Environmental Engineering or Water Resources Engineering in IIT Guwahati. Though you might get Infrastructure Engineering and Management course there. The cutoff was 285 last year for ST candidates.
