Hey Shubham.
See the basic requirement for applying for the teaching field that u must be having a master degree. It is not specified that u must be having that in ur branch only.
When u will be get called for the interview session then u will be asked about the branch knowledge. So if u are having ur masters ddegree with u and a knowledge of the branch u have studied then go for it.
Hope u got ur point. Ask if u are having any query.
Good luck

Here, TA-Teaching Assistant
3.Library fund.
The candidate who get admission various universities (approved by UGC (universities grant commission)) will be eligible for library fund to accommodate their needs of books/notes during their master in technology/engineering.
The allowances of RS 5000/- per year will be paid to every eligible candidate.
4. Placement Drive
During placement drive more and better technical companies (like google ,tata , Skoda, Maruti ,LG,etc.) are coming for placement in reputed universities like IIT,NIT,VELLORE,THAPER etc. company offer higher salary packages to master in engineering students as compared to bachelor in engineering.
5.TEACHING JOBS

Hi aspirant
Environmental engineering is a interdisciplinary branch of Civil Engineering .In order to take admission in Environmental engineering you need to qualify GATE with valid score in Civil engineering .
It will be quiet difficult for a EE candidate to switch to CE .Though it is possible but very tough for any one because of different papers throughout your semesters.
So choose wisely in which stream you wish to opt M.tech and prepare accordingly.
