Environmental Engineering
Hello,
As per the eligibility, a candidate must have a bachelors degree in sciences or equivalent degree. So you must check the college for any additional eligibility if they specify before applying. Most universities also conduct an entrance exam for the same. So you must prepare yourself accordingly.
Hope that helps!
All the Best!
Dear Saud Parveen,
The eligibility criteria is college specific. While in Manipal Institute of Technology the eligibility criteria is B.E/B.Tech or AMIE in Civil/Chemical Engineering/Ceramic Engineering. Technology/Mechanical/Metallurgy/Mining/Environmental/Bio-Chemical Engineering/Bio-Technology.
There are other colleges including the IIT Delhi & Madras and Delhi college of engineering where the eligibility criteria is Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in any of the following subjects like Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Petrochemicals Engineering etc.
The candidate also needs to appear for the entrance tests held for M.Tech Environmental engineering by the state, central or private universities.
But in most of the colleges/universities the candidate should have had a minimum score of at least 50 percent in Bachelors degree.
Hope this helps.
Good luck !

No chances now as counselling has already concluded and scores arevalid for 1year only. Final phase rpund was last opportunity for students. As of now there is negligible chance.
All you can do is contact college officials since you have great ranking and try out if there is scope within their reach.

Indian PhD programmes will expect you to have completed a postgraduate Masters, but you may be able to apply with a good undergraduate degree if you can demonstrate sufficient experience and expertise in your proposed field. Most common international qualifications will be recognised by Indian universities.
so you can apply after MTECH only
hope this helps
