There maybe several reasons for it. As per your mentioned issue you only have your general category rank but not EWS category rank. That could occur if something is wrong with your EWS certificate. Incase it is expired and not valid anymore then that might be the reason as then your status changes to Unreserved and the reserved rank would not be evaluated.
