I get seat allotted in round 1 of Gujarat medical counselling. But I dont want to take admission in this. what is the process of holding this seat and apply for round 2 for better allotment. Is there any process of getting nri seat when I belong to EWS category.

Shivam Khare 26th Nov, 2020

Hello Dear Student,

If you got a Seat in Gujarat State NEET Counselling Round 1 and you are interested in Upgradation and you want to retain your Allotted Seat of Round 1 then you need to report for admission in allotted College of Round 1 where you can talk to Nodal Officer present in the College and you can file Willingness for Upgradation to participate in Round 2 of Gujarat State Counselling to Secure a better Seat in Round 2, if you will not get better Seat in Round 2 then you can comeback to your allotted College of Round 1 and you can complete your further Admission Process. But If you want to go with upgraded Seat of Round 2 then you need to withdraw your documents from Round 1 allotted college and you need to take a Relive Order and after getting relive order you can take admission in Upgraded seat.

i have scored 533 marks in neet with EWS category and i am the resident of rajasthan

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 17th Oct, 2020
Hi

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 533 marks you may not get Government Medical College but yes you have very good chance for Government quota seats in private medical college under Rajasthan state quota which are listed below

  • Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Hospital,Sitapura, Jaipur
  • Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences,Umarda, Udaipur
  • National Institute of Medical Science & Research, Jaipur
  • Jaipur National University Institute for Medical Sciences & Research Centre, Jaipur

And a few more

Hello aspirant!

Yes, with your rank you will probably get a seat under All India AYUSH counselling under EWS category. You can also apply for AYUSH colleges during counselling in your respective state with your EWS category. You will likely get a government college itself.

I got 304 Marks in neet 2020.I belong to ews category.. Can I get a cree seat in bams or bhms in ap??

Heena GJ 17th Oct, 2020

Hi Aspirant

With this score, your rank would be between 246358-262168

It is good score, but it is difficult to get seat with this score.

Cut off is very high this year. So with BAMS, BHMS course it is difficult to get seat.

You can go for Physiotherapy

Colleges you may try:

1. Putuur college of Physiotherapy

2. AVM college of Physiotherapy

3. AVM college of Physiotherapy, Kadappa

How many Marks should I get in eamcet to get a govt seat in pharma d course in ap.I belong to ews category and a bipc student

sowji.guntupu 1st Nov, 2020

Hello Harshita,

By looking in the marks and rank required to get a seat in government college for Pharm D course in the category of EWS, the BiPC stream students should have a rank under 5000 and marks above 70. And for MPC stream students it is easy to get a seat even with a rank above 45000.

Kamal Kishor Chaurasiya 17th Oct, 2020

Hi aspirant,

You have obtained 1,60,000 rank in JEE Main and belong to EWS Category. I am bound to say that with such rank it is very difficult or no for you to get admission in NITs or IIITs. However, you could get some good private colleges or you should participate in state counselling for getting admission in state government engineering colleges. You can predict your college and branch options based on this rank by using the JEE Main college predictor tool by clicking on the following link: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
