Sorry, but you can't be able to get admission in B.SC agriculture in any of the government colleges with such a high figured rank, though you're from EWS category. This is because the cutoff for EWS category from last year AP EAMCET results ranged from 8742 to 20920 for agriculture course. Don't worry, this is an estimation based on your rank and the last year results. The results from year to year gets varied and due to several factors also. So if you want, you can give an another try in the next year and score more than minimum cutoff rank else you can opt out your career in private colleges. So, firstly congratulations for your outstanding rank in JEE Mains, it's not at all easy and I'm sure you did your best, so kudos to you for that. Now, with your rank, even if you cannot get a seat directly, you have definitely good chances of getting a seat through CSAB round, because your  rank is very near to the cutoff rank. Now, cutoffs of CSAB are not really easy to predict because they totally depend on the availability of vacant seats ,so if there are  enough vacant seats, you can surely get a chance.
