As you have not mentioned about an examination for which you want to inquire so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately. However if we consider your profile you are an engineering aspirant so you might be interested in JEE-Main. According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 63,079-82,249. On the basis of this rank and category you can get some IIITs and some good government engineering colleges like NSUT, DTU, IIIT Bhubaneshwar and so on if you deserves Home state quota for any of them.
However I would recommend you to use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict the chances of your admission in different colleges based upon your percentile and category :-

Hello,
With this rank, i cannot see chances of getting into NIT Calicut in EEE.
However you have chances of getting a seat in top IIITs like Indian Institute of Information Technology Kalyani ,Indian Institute of Information Technology Dharwad and other IIITs too.

Hi
Under medhavi yojna, you won't have to pay tuition fees.
You will only pay caution fees( which will be between 30k - 50k) after you sign the bond.
Under medhavi yojna in medical colleges, students get full consession in their tuition fees
All the best
Dear Student,
Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, Delhi, provides scholarships as a financial aid to those students who are eligible for a seat but do not necessarily have the sufficient funds for it.
Under the National Merit Scholarship scheme, scholarships are offered on the basis of the results of their higher secondary exams. The candidates are required to score a percentile above 80 to be able to avail this scholarship. Some of the scholarships provided by the Government of Delhi are accepted by the institution.
The institution provides a Merit Cum Means scholarships to the students who have good merit but do not have the sufficient finances to pay them. This scholarship is booked for those candidates of top 5% of every batch in engineering. Minorities or defense candidates can avail a lot of scholarships from the Government.
Hi there,
Unfortunately with a rank of 40k in the category won't let you to any top college, whether nits or any private college,
But you might get some regionals college in gujrat with this rank but that won't be very helpful for your career goals, I would suggest to take a drop a score more than 92+ percentile.
Anyway this year the options for some college at your rank are listed here
Hello aspirant,
Congratulations for scoring good in NEET 2020. According to last some years cut offs sorry to say but the chances of getting admission into any government college in Haryana are very low because the as you know the cut offs for government colleges are very much high. As the cut offs may vary year to year so the chances may create for you with your EWS rank but the possibilities are also less with this too.
The last some years cut offs link is provided below which will clear your all doubts regarding cut offs and your admission chances. Kindly you should go through that link.
