EWS certificate is for economic weaker section that belongs to general category. To get it candidate's family income is below 6 lacs per annum then the candidate is eligible for getting evaluation certificate under full filling some conditions mention by the ways offering official. EWS certificate never offered to the candidate belongs toSC or St or OBC category..

As we go through the latest cut-offs o f 2021 then it shows that the closing EWS rank was 30 for gender-neutral (Male) and 105 for Female-only (including Supernumerary) for CSE branch in IIT Delhi.
See it is quite difficult to tell you about exact marks to score because for JEE-Advance no maximum marks are fixed but yes with regards to JEE-Advance 2022 if you secure your AIR in JEE-Advance under top 30(if male and under 100 if female) in EWS category then there would be good chances for you to get CSE branch in IIT Delhi .

You have stated that you are going to appear ji mains examination in the year of 2022. You are a italy's category student. Have got your EWS certificate in the month of December 2021. What the criteria of certificate is on which year we will apply you will apply for JEE mains examination on that year on 1st January 2022 to the do it will have to be issued by the respective authority to you. Download satyavati have got in this perspective is not valid. The certificate of December 2021. So you have to again renew your e w s certificate from the respective authority as you have applied earlier. After getting this certificate you upload your EWS certificate in the Gmail examination application form.

For SSC you need to have a valid EWS certificate during the application period, So as you have the EWS certificate which is valid till March 31, 2022 & the application process is with in March then you are eligible for the EWS. During the correction process, if the option is available you can change it. The options that will be available in the correction process isn't mentioned in the official notification of the SSC CHSL 2022.
So wait for the moment, and see if the options are available.
