See if you have central EWS certificate then you are eligible for each and every state college and for reservation benefits of EWS. Also note that in some states there is no reservation for EWS category so you should check the criteria of those states,

Till now NTA has not released any notification for NEET UG 2022 but yes we can expect it by the end of March 2022 most probably but stil not any official notification is out yet.

With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that it's quite difficult to predict your chances in top IIT's as you've not mentioned your GATE Rank. The GATE Cutoff varies every year and is different for different category students. the GATE qualifying cutoff depends on several factors like :

• Performance of the candidate GATE exam.

• Category of the candidates

• Previous cutoff trends

However, looking at the previous year cutoff trends, the chances for you to get any top IIT's with theis GATE Marks are quite low. You can try for state univeristies as you have more chances there.

If you are from obc category then kindly do not opt for ews category because ews category is only for those students who fulfill some of the criterias which is as follows:-

1- Candidates whose family income is less than 8L per annum.

2- One should not own more than 5 acres of the land.

3- One should not own 1000 sqft of home.
