See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks through State quota .

In 2021,the cutoffs are expected to be somewhat similar to 2020 or may increase a bit . As per NEET 2020 cutoffs , securing a Government BDS with a score of 476 doesn't seem possible . You atleast needed to score 520+.

However ,you can try for private colleges and also for management quota seats if you wish to.

Since you have not mentioned about the nature of exam I am assuming it to be NEET. You have scored decent marks in this examination and under the EWS quota, you will surely get some government colleges. However, you want to apply for the All India Quota counselling, which is itself a superset of the EWS category.
