You got 197 marks in neet and category is ews,so on the basis of this information you had very tough chance to get admission in government medical colleges for mbbs but you can try private colleges or another course. For your ICAR rank it is difficult to get B.Sc Agriculture seat in Government College. So try for Management quota seats as well.
