The chances for government colleges for you in Maharashtra and Gujarat are low as it requires more than 500 marks for mbbs minimum to get mbbs government college.
You can try some private colleges or through management quota in both states. You can get private through state quota seats.

See if you have a valid EWS certificate issued to you from the designated authority of your state,you can definitely put your category as EWS while undergoing the Counselling process .
To avail the EWS reservation,You'll be needed to produce your certificate to the Counselling and the college authority so it must also be renewed if it had been issued almost one year ago from now.
In case you aren't able to produce a valid certificate,you'll be considered a general candidate as per your NEET application form details.
