Greetings, student
You would not be able to gain a seat in any NITs, iiits, or gftis in the entire josaa round counselling due to your 70 percentile score in JEE mains.
Because, based on your percentile, I'm guessing your ews rank is somewhere around 20000. And you must have a Crl rank of roughly 210000.
Because the competition is so fierce nowadays, you need to have a ews rank of less than 7000 to get into NITs or any iiits. Also, with such a high Crl rank, getting any gftis is really difficult.
So, with such a high ranking, getting into a good government college is virtually difficult.
So, you should go for other state colleges or private institutions such as Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology or CV Raman Global University, because many low-ranking students can easily get admitted to these two colleges.
Check out our JEE mains college predictor tool to get a better idea of the institutions you might be eligible for based on your JEE mains score:

To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following-

• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122

Hello aspirant,
On the basis of previous year cutoffs trend, it is very difficult for you to get admission in Madras Medical College, Chennai at your score in your category. To get MBBS in this institute one must score atleast 650+ marks in NEET UG exam. But you can try for MBBS in Deemed Universities/ Central universities in Tamil Nadu and other states too.
Also remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students participated in counselling and number of students attempted exam, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. For more college options at your score you can use our NEET UG college predictor tool too:
